I have a Karcher power washer we have had for about 7 years. I would say our power washer gets light to moderate use each year. We use it to clean the siding and the deck once a year and occasionally use it for other cleaning but it does not get heavy use. We have replaced the wand once in an effort to save buying a new one and it works well.
Most recently, when we turned it on to use it, the hose attachment just flew out. This happened several times and we decided it could be the washer. Considering the age of the power washer, this is not surprising. We tried to replace the washer with a couple different sizes we purchased at Lowe's but none of them did the trick. As a last effort before having to invest in a new power washer, we decided to try this pack. The washer fit perfectly and it solved the problem! The pack may seem a bit expensive for what you get but we are very happy because the alternative was to spend another $100 or so on a new power washer. In addition, we now have a set specifically for this power washer if any of the other washer parts need replaced. This is a big time and money saver if the motor part is still working well.
If you are having problems with your power washer that you think might be related to a worn out o-ring, I would highly recommend this product. This could save you a lot of money as it did for us.
