Good value for a capable homeowner gas pressure washer. Great OHV engine. I priced Home Depot, Lowe's, Sears, and this was the best deal, if you factor in the free Prime shipping to my front door. A couple of minor quibbles, all correctable. Use the included bungee cord to keep the hi pressure hose away from the hot muffler, otherwise, well you get the idea ! Use teflon tape on the threads , otherwise the inevitable drip, drip thing. If you are a beginner gas pressure washer owner, ALWAYS make sure you turn the water on first, all the way, make sure your hose is 50' or less, 3/4" diameter, and not kinked ! You can damage the water pump if there is no water running through it ! Also, they should have included a little water pump lubricant/antifreeze/protector with this unit. They clearly recommend it to maximize the life of the water pump, but none is included. It is available on Amazon or most home improvement stores. Good phone support, I had a question about the water pump lubricant, the gentleman who helped me told me that I can refill my water pump lubricant threaded bottle with RV/Marine Antifreeze for potable water supplies, it is the same thing and way cheaper. Just FYI. Finally, be sure and put the front rubber "foot" on something besides a tile floor or pool deck. I managed to wear off some of my brand new pool deck with this rubber foot, which is apparently not padded enough, the vibration of the pressure washer running was the culprit. I use some of the foam padding from the box it came in. In conclusion, it is powerful, good instructions, and the flaws I noted are correctable. The Chinese OHV engine is a clone of the highly regarded Honda OHV engine, I have had good luck with this exact same engine in my son's go-kart, I particularly like the fact that you can shut the fuel off to the engine and let it "run dry" at the end of your session, this keeps the carburator clean .
ALWAYS use fuel stabilizer in your gas can ! That will eliminate most all starting problems, period. This is a must.

Mine was delivered all beaten up and upside down.

Seems to be solid machine. Box was delivered upside down. Delivery box was all beat up, washing detergent hose broken, and air filter soaked in fluids that where in packaging and needs to be replaced now (will not run with air filter in place).

I purchased the Power Stroke Power washer in June of 2017. Used it a couple times for total of 3-4 hours at home in 2017 before winterizing and storing for the winter. Next time I used Power Washer was June of 2018. Started ok and was performing fine. About 45 minutes to an hour into operation, I heard a loud pop and the unit stopped working. The spark plug had blown out of the cylinder head. Thank goodness I purchased a 2 year warranty. but this is not all. After nearly 2 1/2 months in the repair shop authorized by Assurian, (repair shops claimed delay was due to manufacture slow response in sending parts). I took unit home to test and use. Fuel tank had been drained, so I used fresh fuel. After several arm tiring attempts to get Power Washer started, I smelled fuel, sure enough fuel was pouring from carb and running down my drive way. My inclination was not to return to the shop that performed the initial repair. I was willing to pay to have repairs made so I could use this power washer. Well you live and learn, most shops wont touch this brand due to the lack of parts for the China engine. I DECIDED TO CUT MY LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS THING..
