Buyer beware! This product is garbage. Bought it last summer and used it once without problems. This summer used it for 5 minutes and the motor died. Still theoretically under warranty, so I contacted the company who told me I had to bring it to an authorized repair shop. The shop was about an hour from home (by the way I live in a major metro area), but brought it there only to find that they only repair gas powered washers, not electric ones. They said no one repairs these and that I should buy a new one. Called powrestroke again and they now want me to bring it to a different shop in another direction. What I want is my money back or a different machine. This washer is definitely not worth the money but at this point is not worth the hassle either. Total garbage.
Update: it has been 2 MORE months and I still do not have a working power washer. Please save your money and do not buy this device. Have not even had a reply from the company yet.
