UPDATE: I have upgraded my recommendation since corporate (after finally complaining and explaining I should not have to pay for a defective part) sent me replacement nozzles. at first, once I put in the new parts, the washer was not as good as it originally was. however, with experimentation I found that one of the nozzles they sent was lacking a washer and was loose which reduced the pressure. then I replaced it with the old nozzle that I still had left, it works fine.
as I say below, if the nozzels were not so cheap (yet expensive to buy), I would rate this much higher (perhaps even a 5 star). it would be a great buy if one could get replacements at a reasonable price.
OLD comments: The first time i used this attachment I was so impressed. it cleaned my sidewalk and driveway (new home) easily and with great speed. However, when I was cleaning the driveway at my old home, it suddenly stopped working: One of the nozzles had broken off and thus began my trial and tribulation.
If the company sold replacement nozzles at a REASONABLE price (perhaps 2 - 7 dollars) I would rate this product 4-5 stars.
The nozzles are small plastic and one of the nozzles had broken at the neck that is inserted in the spinner. The neck is very thin and, obviously, succeptable to breakage. The nozzle itself should probably cost .05 cents but the company sells nozzles in a set for almost $30 (including handling and shipping) this is half the price of the unit so I do not recommend buying extra for replacement.
It has been a trial trying to get a replacement under warrantee. two days calling their number and I was finally connected to RJ Bowers (the corporate office) who then refered me to the local dealer. After calling them for two days, I was finally told to bring the unit in. However, I was told it would cost $35 dollars to submit the item for a determination. IF they determined the part was under warrantee they would refund the $35 but if they decided it was not under warrantee I would be out the $35 and would have to purchase a nozzele set for an additional $30. (I would be better off buying another product.)
I could not believe I would have to pay to just get a determination so ... back to the corporate office... the lady said she would call back.. it is now friday night and they have not called back so now I have to wait until monday top find out if they will help me.
This type product is great for cleaning but, I would recommend another brand that has reasonably priced parts and a more robust/sturdy spinner.

When I first attached this to my pressure wand and commenced cleaning my sidewalk, I was beyond impressed. It cleaned as well as everyone has said it does in these reviews. It continued to work great for about 5 sq feet. Then the spray nozzle broke for reasons unknown.Upon inspection of the nozzle, I saw that it was an all plastic yellow screw in, much like the quick-connect ones that go in the end of the wand. The piece couldn't cost five cents to manufacture.Since the unit was brand new, I called Karcher, expecting that they would simply send me out a replacement nozzle. I was wrong. The friendly representative told me that since the T-Racer was not hooked up to a Karcher pressure washer, the warranty was void. He was unable to tell me why my Rigid pressure washer would damage the nozzle, but a Karcher washer would not. The rep never even asked if the PSI and GPM of my washer was in-line with what the T-Racer could handle. I could understand if I was using a washer with a pressure rating above that of the T-Racer.Once again I made the mistake of assuming the best when dealing with Karcher. I figured this cheap little piece probably comes in a 5 pack for $7-8. WRONG! The cheap little nozzle is only available in a $22 parts kit that contained all manner of parts that I did not need. I told him that the T-Racer only cost me $55 and that I would just assume put some mustard on the unit and eat it, than I would dump nearly half the price of the original unit into a parts kit for a unit that they won't warranty after 5 sq feet of usage.Prior to purchasing the T-Racer I had never heard of Karcher, and now I wish I hadn't. Don't be swayed by the pictures of sexy clean concrete and four-star reviews, unless you have a Karcher washer, or you enjoy being taken advantage of.I'm going to see if Amazon will take this brick back.UPDATE 05/28/2014I received the following e-mail from Karcher today. I'm not sure what prompted the change of heart, but I was very thankful that I did not have to go drop a bunch of money on a new washer.Just wanted to let you know that we are sending out the nozzle for the Karcher T350.
