Spray Wand Could Be Better

I like everything about this washer except the wand. It has an adjustable wand vs multiple wand heads. The adjustable wand is difficult to use and requires continuous adjustment to maintain consistent pressure. Multiple spray heads would be much better. I will order a new wand and heads for future use. Other than that the washer starts easily and is easy to maneuver on the inflated tires.

Adjust the throttle to fix the surging

Same problem many of the other have with surging during use. I adjust the throttle down a little and the problem goes away. You can also use a larger hose pressure hose (3/8") and nozzle (a 3.3 worked well for me). At least in my case, it doesn't have anything to do with the supply hose. It seems that the pump is over-pressuring and tripping the pressure relief valve causing the surging. Is it because the pressure relief is set too low, or is the pump making more pressure than expected? I don't know because I don't have a 3200 psig gauge. But by reducing the engine speed a little or using a larger hose and nozzle, I am able to get the pump pressure down enough that it doesn't surge anymore, but it still does the jobs that I need it for.

Works well. Easy to start. Would have given it a 5 star if it had a better nozzle and wand storage and solid rubber tires. The tires do have tubes which should help keep them inflated. Time will tell. They could also do better job with the shipping box design. The wheels come installed and support the sides of the box with no space between the box sides and wheels. One wheel was damaged in shipping. Amazon did adjust the price when I called to report the damage.

Bad Product, Worse Company

This pressure washer is the ultimate piece of crap and Karcher is the ultimate crappy company!!! I purchased the washer in May of 2016 and initially it wouldn't work at all. I contacted Karcher, online and by phone., and for sake of time I won't even go into that story, but it was a step above a root canal. Finally I was able to get the name of two service dealers (one about 30 minutes from my home and the other about 45). I drove it the closest and it was a Monday and they were closed, so I drove back on Tuesday and was told they haven't worked on Karcher equipment for about a year and won't. The next day, after calling the other dealer, I took it to the them. The water pump was defective so they contacted Karcher and Karcher agreed to send another pump. The dealer was great to work with, but it was late August until they received the part and were able to fix the pressure washer, I had borrowed a washer from my neighbor and completed the work I wanted to do. When I finally got it I put it away for the season and in April I went to use it, but Karcher did't send the water pump pressure relieve cap and thus the cap that was on the water pump was a shipping cap. After about three weeks I finally got the cap. Today, after a little over a year, I finally got to use the pressure washer. It pressure washer fine, but the wand leaks like a sieve, so if you don't mind taking a shower while you're pressure washing then I suggest buying the product .(my tongue planted firmly in my cheek). I've never written a review before for any product whether good or bad, and believe me at 70 years old I've purchase my share of crap over the years, but this is the ULTIMATE PIECE OF CRAP FROM THE ULTIMATE CRAPPY COMPANY!!!!!!

First chance I got to use my 3200 the wife came home and asked when the fence company had come out and replaced a section of our cedar fence. Then around 7PM she had to yell at me to turn it off because the neighbors have a newborn. It's not extremely loud but our houses are close. I'm running out of things to power wash- may have to start hitting up the neighbors to see if they have any cleaning needing done! Also, superb quality in build and design.

Maybe 3.5 stars. I liked the tool for the price, but it shipped in a retail box with no additional packing. Upon arrival it was clear that it had been handled poorly. After I unpacked I found the wheel itself was bent and the axle was also bent, likely dropped on the corner of the box.
I needed it working that weekend and did not return.
Similar to other reviewers, I found the regular cavitation supposedly caused by air in the incoming water line to be highly annoying. It was particularly concerning when on a ladder since it clearly affects your balance. I found that if I just stopped spraying for a few minutes and resumed the problem would go away for a while.
Otherwise, Good machine. I had to use threadlock on the hose cradle bolts since they vibrated completely off.

I had read some poor reviews about the condition of the box, etc. The shipping carton was not in perfect condition, but there was no damage or missing parts as others have reported. I assembled, added gas and it fired up on the first pull. One review reported disappointing pressure. The pressure doesn't kick in until you take the choke of, so I'm wondering if the reported low pressure was due to user error. This machine is outstanding. I've run it for at least six hours with no issues. It does an amazing job on my vinyl deck and dock. The only thing that can be improved is putting two feet on the base instead of one in the middle - when I hang my 50ft extension hose on the hanger the machine tips to the side.

I live in a hilly and rocky area so the pneumatic rubber tires make it so much easier to move from place to place. This machine starts easily and runs like a dream.
